At kutt, we want your order to reach you quickly, safely, and with no surprises. Please read the details below.
Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 5 to 8 business days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, local carriers, and customs processing. While delays are rare, they can occasionally happen during peak periods or due to factors beyond our control.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship across the US, United Kingdom and the Nordic countries (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland). If your country isn't available at checkout, it means we don't ship there yet but we're expanding, so check back soon.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order. Any applicable taxes and duties are shown before you pay the price you see at checkout is the price you pay, with no extra charges on delivery.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel every step of the way. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of purchase. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.
Delayed or lost parcels
